For orders within New Zealand we have Courier Post assigned to deliver your orders. For orders coming internationally we have arrange TNT for faster shipping turn around.

Where do you ship to?

If you have an address for us, we can ship anywhere in the world. Most of our international orders are placed from USA, UK, France, Germany and Australia.

Do you have a shop?

Crafting handmade quality leather wallets by artisans takes up to 14 days. Once crafted we ship your order. Orders within New Zealand could take up to 21 days including crafting time. For international orders, it may take 9-11 days excluding crafting time.

We don’t have a store front ourselves but we are looking for stockist around in New Zealand. If you are interested to stock our leather wallets get in touch with us.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Simply send us an email or message us on Facebook messenger as soon as possible. If you cancel your order within 12 hours you would receive full refund. After 12 hours fee of $40 will be charged.

Do I need an account to place an order?

Yes because it is easier for you and us. You can manage your account details conveniently. You can also place subsequent orders faster.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order is shipped we will email you a tracking number along with the link to courier company website you can track your order anytime. Or visit Order Tracking page for a quick tracking option.

I don’t like it. Can I return it?

We offer a satisfaction guarantee for all our products. If you’re not happy with it then just let us know and we’ll arrange a refund as soon as we get it back in the post from you.
